Where the products from?

We order the products and import all the products directly from our distributors in south korea.

Are all products on Rutine Cruelty-free?

Not all the products are but we tagged on products page which ones are. we also send your orders in environmentally friendly packages.

Can I request products?

Sure, send us your product list via contact us and we will check with our suppliers and let you know.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If we are still processing your product and haven't send your order then yes you can, so just send an email to info@rutine.ch Please add "CANCEL" in the title and include your order number so we can check as fast as possible.

If you want to modify your order it works the same just add "MODIFY" as a title and include your order number.

What should I do if my package was stolen?

We are not liable for stolen packages how ever your packages are insured via our local postal service (Swiss Post) meaning that you might get a refund or a partial refund after the postal service cleared our request. please note that this might take some time.
